If you were to ask what makes Menomonie Street Dental a very special place, you'd probably hear it's because each of our highly trained staff brings uniqueness to the Menomonie Street Dental family. Many of our staff members are involved in community organizations, such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Big Brothers & Sisters, American Cancer Society, United Way, Water Street Mile, Clean City, Ski Sprites, and youth mentoring programs. We pride ourselves in having friendly, well-trained staff to serve you and your family. Currently, MSD has ten (10) certified dental assistants, seven (7) registered dental hygienists, and nine (9) clerical support staff members. It's interesting to note that nearly half of our employees have been with us for more than 15 years. Our office closes one day each July for our annual cleaning day. This is an extraordinary time for all of us to join forces and to put a new shine on the building and spruce up the grounds. The best part is that we get to truly enjoy one another's company. In the years past, we have ended our day with a picnic and paintball game; or played 9 holes of golf. Most recently we held our First Annual MSD Olympics following last year's cleaning day. 
Our administrative team works together as a cohesive unit. We greet you upon arrival, schedule your appointments, send reminders for future visits, file your insurance claims, answer your calls, and process your payments. If you have a question, we will gladly find an answer for you. If you need to see your dentist, we will find a suitable time for you. Our goal is to make your visit with Menomonie Street Dental as trouble-free as possible. The doctors rely on their assistants to have their rooms prepared for the patient, to answer questions regarding the patient's treatment plan, and to make certain that there is adequate time scheduled for each patient's care. Each one brings a special quality to our practice. Our hygienists work various hours Monday through Friday to make scheduling routine cleaning appointments easier for the patients. If you like your hygienist and would like to have her continue cleaning your teeth, we will be happy to accommodate your wishes, just ask.
