Refund Policy

An account with a credit due to an insurance claim is subject to review, and upon verification, eligible for a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be fully processed. You may choose to leave the credit on your account for future work or pre-payment. Patients will be notified of a verified credit on their account. In the event of an overpayment or mistaken payment, please allow up to 3 business days for the account to be fully refunded.
